“ 2nd Ave Pier, is a great place to eat, drink & chill!!! We've never been disappointed with their food.. The service, has always been great, since we've been coming here.. They have everything from hamburgers to seafood... On occasion they have live music which is always a treat...plus sometimes not so crowded as other restaurants on Ocean Blvd. The fried shrimp were excellent, and the hamburger basket was delicious!!! ”
“ We have visited this place few weeks ago while being on vacation in Myrtle Beach. I really wanted a lobster (have never tried it before) so my boyfriend found this place by Yelp. Our hotel was not that far from this place as well so we decided to have a dinner there. I got my lobster but was a little disappointed. It occurred more sandwich with chopped lobster then lobster by itself. It also was dressed with some white sauce. In general, not bad We also got some mashed potatoes and rice with salad. Pretty good I ordered a cocktail that was good as well. Prices are okay. Oh yes, great view by the ocean! ”
“ Located over a pier on the water, this bar offers bar food. The staff are professional land efficient. at times it must be a madhouse of activity. It has a curious entryway, filled with curious artifacts. NOTE: In the afternoon the sun can be in your eyes! ”
“ Just had a delicious dinner in a very quiet, off-season way. Apparently this restaurant closes in November, and I'm so glad I snuck in in time! I started with Sauvignon blanc and an order of hush puppies. Don't mess around. Just order these corn muffin bundles of delight. I then ordered the ribeye, medium, and mashed potatoes per Chris' recommendation as he advised it also came with a salad. The house thousand island is really good! The steak was cooked exactly to order and was just as tender as I'd hoped. The potatoes and salad were on the mark as well. Chris, my server, was delightful; he sent my bottle of wine upstairs when recommending that I head to the roof for the sunset. As I write this from the rooftop, I am planning to be back tomorrow to try a breakfast! Nice work guys! ”
“ Great view of ocean. Loved the hush puppies & clam chowder was pretty good too. I've had better but it was pretty good. Crab sandwich was a nice sandwich.. the low country egg rolls were decent.. I would say the hush puppies & crab sandwich was the big hits along with an amazing view. Worth the visit. For sure ”
“ Definitely more upscale than most places along the beach here but still casual. The restaurant is clean and modern and the views are amazing. Service was good. Food was also good. Prices are a tad high in my opinion. If you're looking to escape the typical boardwalk type places this is a great alternate. There is also a rooftop bar. ”
“ What a perfect meal to end a perfect day. Everything from service, dinner, dessert and atmosphere were exceptional. Loved the hush puppies with corn kernels. Yum The blacken Mahi Mahi was seasoned perfectly with a light blackened hint. Loved it made that way. It was not over powering. My duo of oysters and scallops were cooked to perfection and fresh! Our Key Lime pie completed a great meal. Everything we ate was great. I do understand there may be a variation in the menu if you eat on the balcony. We ate inside and had an upscale meal. Upstairs in the balcony it is more informal. ”
